Ex-Presidential Candidate Moghalu Demands Apology From Femi Falana SAN For False Accusation.
Kingsley Moghalu,Former presidential candidate of Young Progressives Party, YPP, has reacted to allegation by human rights lawyer, Femi Falana (SAN), that he resigned from his party because he was given appointment by the All Progressives Congress, APC.
Falana at the 2019 Felabration symposium held at the NECA House in Lagos had accused Moghalu of resigning because he was offered an appointment by the ruling party.
Moghalu says he demands for an Apology for the flase information passed to the public.....
Femi Falana got it all wrong and should apologize. It wasn't Kingsley Moghalu that was given an appointment but one George Moghalu. Let me quote the news;
"President Muhammadu Buhari has appointed the National Auditor of the All Progressives Congress, George Muoghalu, as the new Managing Director of the National Inland Waterways Authority. Muoghalu’s appointment is coming one month after Buhari named the immediate past NIWA MD ..."

“Is Dr. Moghalu still around? I think it is unfair to single out Dr. Moghalu for recognition.
“We should not celebrate opportunism. Here is a politician who contested on the platform of a party, who has moved conveniently to the APC.
“They’ve just given him an appointment and he has just discarded his own political party. I don’t think that is fair for all.”
