    2. Sonia darling,Onunu is a delicacy from Rivers State.It's yam pounded with very ripe boiled plantains,and palm oil.The palm oil gives the Onunu its colour.It can be eaten with stew or sauce.Yamarita is boiled yam,coated in flour,and then fried.It can also be eaten with stew or sauce.
