IJEMOAS GIST CORNER

On Friday evening, strange noise was coming from Madam Hoha's compound, her tenant's apartment precisely. She was screaming 'Uche leave me and my daughter alone, Uche who send you, people come o Uche want to kill me, Holy ghost fire etc' . Ha wahala.

The amibo in me was telling me to run out immediately, while the other part of me was picturing mum telling me to stay( you dare not run out in situations like that when she was alive, she go fry you. Allow things to calm down before going to pock nose), i stayed o, let the men go first.

When we finally got there, the men had already locked Uche in the room waiting for Hoha to come back from work. I kuku went to the tenant who was sweating like Christmas goat with her daughter lying in her bosom.

Me: Mama Chi wetin happen na, why you been dey shout like that and why them lock Uche inside?

Mama Chi: my sister see me o, them send Uche to come kill me and my daughter. I dey inside dey prepare food for my oga na him i notice sey person dey climb our stairs, before i come out from kitchen, the person don hold my daughter with small knife wey him wan use kill am. Na that time i begin shout

Me: how you come take know sey na Uche?

Mama Chi: I begin struggle with am o, i manage remove the cloth wey him use cover face

This one looks like a dream biko nu. Though the men confirm that they saw a black cloth when they got to her rescue and Uche was actually struggling with her, with a pen knife in his hand, while her little daughter of a year plus was shouting and crying at the top of her voice.

When they asked Uche why he went to attack his madam's tenant, he said he didn't know what came over him and started crying.

My good people of SDK, matter don change o, power don change hands cos as soon as Hoha came back from work and heard everything the other landlords said with the evidences of Uche trying to attack her tenant, she changed it, saying it was a lie, that they are trying to paint the small boy he brought from the village to help black...

In short it was a set up, the tenant is making things up so that she and her hubby won't pay up their rent which will expire soon, both her tenant and street people are lying. As i dey type so eh, matter don enter police and lawyer case o, Hoha against street people and tenant....Na the matter them dey so

All these troubles not to pay rent? Nah wah.....

Chronicles / Testimony update part 3

Dear Stella and bvs, I posted my first chronicles where I had being TTCing for years. I was diagnosed with blocked tube and adhesion in my womb. Evil prophecies and doctor's report stated that I couldn't get pregnant and I had to end my marriage.

I later posted another where I miraculously got pregnant by the grace of God.
Well dear Stella n family, my rainbow/ miracle baby girl arrived last month via elective cs. She came out perfectly healthy and strong. Not a single medical condition, eats healthy, with full frontal hair line. She has brought so much joy into our lives. I can confidently reaffirm that " the blessings of God maketh rich and added no sorrow.

The devil tried to show his ugly head right inside the theatre, and yet again in the the recovery room but God showed up. For those still believing God for the fruit of the womb, just have faith because it will happen. The doctor's report are not God's report.

Dear Stella and bvs, am so grateful for the support and advice, my faith was restored when I posted my first chronicles. The little encouragement and support goes a long way.

I cant remember your chronicles and mailed you to send me a link but i guess Motherhood has kept you busy..
Congratulations my dear, may Motherhood be everything you ever dreamed of...

  1. Today, it may look as though there’s no way that what God promised you can still come to pass. You may feel that you’ve had too many bad breaks, the odds are against you. But despite what you've lost, despite what wasn’t fair, you’re still going to get there. God has the right people already lined up to open doors and make up for what you didn’t get. Favor is coming, healing is coming, breakthroughs, divine connections, and the fullness of your destiny. _Victoria Osteen

  3. Divine Health Confessions!!

The Lord Jesus, through His vicarious death and triumphant resurrection, has brought me into the life of unlimited joy, victory, dominion, and righteousness. Therefore, I rejoice evermore, with joy unspeakable and full of glory. My joy is of the Holy Ghost and it knows no bounds. I, therefore, refuse to allow any experience in my body to dictate my mood or interfere with the joy of the Lord in my heart.

  5. I used to think that exam malpractice is peculiar to undergraduates maybe due to laziness to study and social media but I am witnessing a very shameful act by two women ( mothers)
So I Went to school today to sort
some things but I could not do them cos PGD or Msc students have exams. I decided to enter an empty class to charge my device before I go back home
Then two women entered the class, I noticed that they dragged one of the seats to face the wall but I thought it was because of the socket there
I was busy pressing my phone and minding my business when I just look up and saw one of the Mama writing on her laps, na so my amebo antenna shoot up, I now took my time to observe them very well. These two beautiful women and mother's are not only writing on their laps, they are also dubbing on small piece of papers to take to the exam Hall
They have spent up to 4hrs doing this,a time they should have used to read
I used to think exam malpractice is common among Young people but seeing mothers doing this same bad act is the height of it
No wonder, our educational system is in such a mess..
I am not a saint too but I have never carried mgbo into the exam hall, fear ll not even allow me and as a hijabite, I would rather fail than engage in such a shameful act. This is to show that we have a really long way to go in this country,we criticize our leaders but some of us are worst
    Corruption everywhere!
Make I drink water and mind my business.
What kind of advice can these two women give to their children
    Say No to exam malpractice
God help us in this country

    4. Mind your business you hear. Scaling through higher institution in Nigeria is hard. You go read almost quench, dey will still dash you third class or pass simply because you didn't sort. If you were in my department Mathematics and Statistics, you go write put for your eyeballs sef. That course not easy. You will cram formulas and proofs until your brain knock. Even biochemistry and chemistry too, same thing. You say they are mothers right? You think joggling between motherhood and studying is easy? I agree it's not the right way but you judged them too harshly. Take am easy. Go and face your leaders that are on seat but don't have even have secondary school certificate. Stella ejor post

    8. I'm so very embarrassed by this comment 14:20.

This is the kind of comment one expects from stark raving illiterates.

The 'no shame in the game' is the reason graduates can't write a basic letter.

Why doctors are like abattoir attendants.

Why our bankers are still using dinosaur systems.

Why your politicians have nothing tangible to offer you. Nothing.

Why there is so much crass mediocrity around in terms of competence and values.

When next you go to the hospital and you are misdiagnosed to the point of death for something as basic as malaria, or pay for a service that falls far short of everything expected, please remember 'no shame in the game'.

No wonder the Bible says even fools appears wise when they keep their mouth shut.

      Rubbish.

    1. Very funny, I know 2 friends that ran back to Nigeria from the UK. These pastors problem is because tithe money don come down. You think Covid did not affect other countries economy. Ask questions, if those abroad go tell you true. Other African countries, including South Africa are going through the same. But na only Nigerians dey project their own to the world.
