    1. Thought I was the only one that doesn't like plenty 'encounters/obstructions' in foods/soups. Makes me get tired of eating the food.

    2. @God's grace..wash your plantains and peel of ( I hate this process tho,cos it's unripe) chopped into tiny pieces and blend with lil water,blend till it's smooth then pour into your pot(preferably non-stick pot) and cook,you have constantly turn it to avoid lumps..turn till it gets hard and done,some changes color to yellow or white depending on the specie of the plantain! Allow it to cool off and serve with your soup

  12. The food up is too stressful for my eyes already;will get tired before I even start eating..

    Too much obstacle;if you want to give me rice abeg avoid all these,let me eat and "belleful" first before all the fish and meat biting..

  14. Busy rice. But I like. I won't have to eat too much of it to be satisfied. I will be feeling fly chopping all the obstacles and washing it all down with hot tea there after. I kid you not. Sometimes I like things over the top. However I am contemplating coffee and biscuits this morning, bleh but whatever.......😊 🀷🏽‍♀️

    1. Thank you. I would love eating the abovr because there's more protein than carbohydrates so my tummy will get full on time without having eating so much calories from rice.
      That up there is a healthy meal for fitfam.

  19. That rice up there will take me about 2 and half hours to finish with all the plenty accessories,issa very busy rice😁.Moimoi and custard this morning,also baked some homemade bread too.As bread is now 700 for the family size,I no fit shout abeg.

  23. Food doesn't look appealing to the eyes at all. The colour is too dull and every single thing is inside is the rice so no thanks.

    Having a mini get together with my friends this evening so i'm making few of their favs today. I've had toast and hot chocolate for breakfast.
