    1. Well one thing I've realised is different people have different experience with the same person. Lol maybe they're judging by his looks cos he has that arrogant cuteness

    2. I truly didn't see anything wrong with someone being pompous you know, if he is too humble he gonna be talking for granted!so allow him be whatever he wishes it doesn't matter.

      Delete
    3. I'm yet to see his cuteness though.

    4. Yet to see anything I like about this guy.

  2. Haha. I imagined him in his irritable voice and expression while acting. But mahn, thanks alot for this. I have a colleague I suspect doesn't bathe. When it gets so bad and she is called out, I think she takes a bath cos the stench reduces the following day. It is very worrisome, like she walks in and the environment changes like say na anointing.

    1. How can a person not perceive their own body odour na? I have an older friend. Somedays I see her with whitesuff in her eyes and then I have to ask if she saw the mirror before stepping out? The body odour is on another level and I get embarrassed each time we are in the midst of people. I kept giving her hints but she ignored so I had to brave it up and came out direct to her. I was scared she was going to get pissed at me but since then, I have noticed a lit of changes. Me, I feel I'm the only one with a right to smell myself abeg.
Being with a person with body and mouth odour is a horrendous torture. Parents please tell your children early about the need for personal hygiene.

    2. 🤣🤣🤣🤣at anointing. Definitely body odour should be purnishable by law.

get her roll-on,a new sponge, dettol or Irish spring soap, mouth rinse and some body spray.

it won't cause you up to 5k instead of suffering in silence and inhaling bad smell. then make sure she takes her bath at least twice a day and 3times on weekends, make sure she doesn't repeat clothes. I did same to our help then, she came with a terrible BO from the village, I noticed anytime she stretches her hand to give me something. within 2weeks the smell that came with her from the village was gone. you need to see her now, looking fresher and cleaner.
Most of these househelp ain't exposed to feminine toiletries, just help her ministry and introduce her to it abeg.

  4. As a man that bleaches I'll tell you for free that this man has BO but would be hiding it under expensive perfumes.

He's on the same table he's shaking.

    1. At least he is making conscience effort to mask it, that's all he is asking others to do.
As someone who has been traumatized by someone with BO, I get it!

    2. So he bleaches? Wahala! How can a man stoop so low to bleach? Who is he bleaching for cause ?Most girls like me like dark skinned guys. No wonder I don't fancy him.

That being said , roll on is just 650. It's affordable for all. Why punish people with your odour? If you are on this table , change for good.

  11. Body odour can also be a health challenge let’s not be daft pls . I’m not talking about those who don’t know sponge is also meant for scrubbing armpit I’m talking about serious health issue that gives off a bad chemical smell no matter how hard you scrub your armpit.

  12. Just like the poster, I see that a lot of people assume that BO is all about deodorants/personal hygiene only.

BO, medical term; Bromhidrosis in some cases is a condition and yes it can also be hereditary. And more often than not, the affected individual may not be in the know.

Skin care can take care of some of it, but it will not eradicate it.

What the poster should have done is speak with the person in private. Posting it on social media is quite distasteful.

    ReplyDelete
  13. He should use the write up and do movie

  14. Those people that stink, dont they know? How can you be stink like rotten onions and not know? Or is it that their noses has gotten used to the smell so they think it's normal? Me I cant cant bad odour ooo, it can ruin my day. And no one around me is allowed to smell bad, I will tell your straight up.

Ps- smelling good doesnt mean you have to use all the perfumes in the world. Except it's a health condition, proper bathing and a nice under arm spray is enough to keep one smelling fresh the whole day. A perfume is nust the icing on the cake. My personal experience though...

    ReplyDelete
  15. A deodorant/body spray is not the solution! A good basic hygiene is. Bcos the smell of body odour plus perfume is lethal. Tackle it from the root.

    ReplyDelete

    1. Apt 👍. I absolutely agree with you on this, deodorant/perfumes can not replace personal hygiene.

      Delete
    2. You still need deodorant
Pls use it even at home bc your family also deserves to smell good smell

      Delete
    3. Deodorant after the personal hygiene is a MUST. If you like spend one hour in the bathroom, as an adult if you do not use deodorant in your armpits, you'll smell once you start sweating.

      Delete
  16. Somebody should give the man a microphone abeg. Somebody's mouth will be smelling at 9am in the morning. Some will repeat clothes that serious sweat dried on 3 days ago. And they love to shout when they talk or go around trying to hug people ehn! Ndi mgbu. Awon oloorun pro max. Iffa hear say I hug person wey no use deodorant. I just say "Oh sorry. I don't feel like hugging anyone right now." Then face front. I don't care how you feel about that. If you are wicked enough to bring a nasty smell into my/public space, don't be offended when I totally avoid you. The first orientation I gave even domestic staff was on hygiene and personal grooming. You can never go wrong with smelling fresh and clean. Don't speak to me with layers of **** on your tongue! I could retch.

Back when I was an HR manager, if you came into my office smelling like ogunfe or expired locust beans, you are going home! It was a competition of whose deodorant or perfumes were the best (had the nicest fragrance) then. Abi your oyinbo colleagues that will aasume everyone has catarrh and splash perfumes on top of dried "cum". Chineke! Some of those ones can go 3 to 5 days without a shower. Na to dey use wet napkin clean armpit and yonder.

Don't coman suffocate innocent people with your poor hygiene habits. We deserve to breathe in fresh air mbok.

  17. I bathe and take care of my body but I don’t use antiperspirant or deodorant on my armpit anymore. I only use on very rare occasions. I will rather wipe and powder my armpit at intervals than continue antiperspirant hygiene that put one at health risk. Kindly good antiperspirant, aluminum and cancer to read for yourself. Thank you!

    1. You can get alum free deodorant

    2. There are different types of cancers, some are caused by even the powder you rub, or even fumes you inhale.

      Delete
    3. That is not an excuse.
Kindly use the sane google to educate yourself on a variety of alum free deodorants, anti persperants and roll ons, some made entirely from herbs such as mint and oils like coconut oil.

PS: I suggest you check what is in that powder you are wiping with.

      Thank you!

    4. I’ve tried aluminum free and I still stunk!
Native made me smell like a sweaty teenage boy, lume made me smell like a construction worker. I tried to use lemons on my pits and I ended up smelling like rotten citrus.

My friends that switched to aluminum and natural alternatives assured me that with initial usage, I’d stink for a while but my body would get used to the products and they’d begin to work effectively. They claimed the smell is just my body purging the chemicals in the products I’ve been using but I no gree. I interact with people almost on a daily basis and they’d not understand that I actually use deodorant and that the smell is my body going through a purge.

If e no get aluminum, e no work for me! God will protect me from cancer because 😩😩😩

  20. Pls preach it
No matter how well you bathe, pls use deodorant
Don’t wear yesterday’s clothes. Once you sweat or cook in a cloth, it will smell. Wear something else
Brush every morning but also see a dentist at least once a year especially if you notice any build up your gum area. That thing causes mouth odor
Shave pls to reduce accumulation of sweat in the pits
If you sweat on your way to work cause of waiting to catch bus, then make plans to prevent smelling. Wear a different top to work and change in the bathroom or bring a small towel with you. Wet the towel and clean your pits and other areas you can reach then reapply deodorant and mild perfume

If you eat lunch at work, consider brushing after or at least use mouth wash or give people space. Don’t talk close to someone’s nose especially after you know you just ate

    1. I will never forget one British programme that I watched. Something on people who were extensively thrifty and didnt like spending their money.
This family of three used the same water to bathe.
As in the son (10 or 13yrs I cant remember) will bathe in the bathtub, after the husband will enter that same bathtub that has that water the son bathed to have his own bathe, then lastly the wife will enter and bathe inside that same water. They don't allow change of water. Only 1 bathtub of water.

Omo, if not that I was watching with my own 2 eyes, nothing will make me believe some people can be so godforsaken DIRTY.

Anytime I remember, its like vomit wantu rise in my head again.

Parents were in their 30s or 40s.

    9. lol..take a bus in Wembley and all you smell is curry oozing from the pores of some of those indians..some people just have poor personal hygiene so even deodorants cant mask the smell.. ask yourself how often do you repeat clothes? even if you want to repeat a cloting do you air it when you take it off? do you shower twice daily? how well do you brush? do you brush your tongue? what is the state of your underwear? is your pits a forest? do you use a deodorant? if you check some of this and you still smell then see a doctor...some odour has to do with your digestive system and diet.

  23. We might laugh about this issue but it’s quite serious, I never knew the type of damage BO could cause until one time in my final year, I sat amongst a group of stinky boys for a school program that lasted a few hours. The odour emanating from them was so pungent and I couldn’t change seats because I was late and the hall was filled up and it was a serious program that was led by our VC so no unnecessary movement.

Omo I fell ill by the end of the program. I became so weak and nauseous and couldn’t keep food down and this lasted for 3 or 4 days. The smell was stuck in my head and nostrils and I legit started running temperature. My friends thought i was probably about to fall ill before my bad experience but I still maintain that BO made me sick.

  24. Body odour na body odour. Oyibo no dey bath everyday bc the weather is too cold and sweaty. I bath once in 3 days. Just wash face and use warm wet towel to clean vital areas. From parlour to garage and off I drive. The most walk I do is inside the office.

But I am very sweaty when in Nigeria bc the weather is too hot and humid. Infact I shower at least 4x in Nigeria bc the environment is dirty. Just a trip down the street, dust and other crap will fix your body.

    1. You ate dirty goat!!! I live in Canada and in winter we reach up to -40 degrees. I still take a shower everyday. That’s what hot water is for. Except you are dirty and stingy you don’t want to run your bill using hot water. You have no excuse to shower once in 3 days. Because you poop every day so you need to thoroughly wash your privates. Stop using cold as an excuse. You’re just dirty and stingy! 😷

Found out she took her bath with pants on cos I was frustrated and wanted to show her how to take her bath properly. Omoh one day I was just fed up with the stench and I gave her head resetting beating. Since that day aswear she doesn't smell anymore. Now nobody tells her to bath and use deodorant and body spray.
