In the jury selection questionnaire the man said he lived in New York. More recently, he told a court staff that he moved into New Jersey.
It appeared deceptive.

He wasn't subpoenaed to testify.
He came out after 50 Cent posted his picture on his page, so why not milk the opportunity?

Afterwards, Cassie called him with the same request. She described herself and Diddy as "me and my husband" and said $1500 was up for grabs if Flash comes right now.
Cassie made it clear that he was to bring baby oil along, it had to be Johnson's or no deal. He heeded.
As he arrived at the hotel, she greeted him at the door wearing a red wig and a short robe (it corroborates the punisher's story).
He gasped in admiration.
According to him, she looked flawless, like a filter.
Although he didn't know them, her face looked somewhat familiar
She led him to a guest room.
Two of them alone, she said her man likes to see men of physique d0min--_@te her.
His gaze drifted to the computer playing music, and the Bad Boy logo on the screen gave it away - he was likely waiting for Diddy.
They went into another room and everything was covered in white towels, the dresser, bedding, seats.

Cassie replied, "Yes daddy".
He directed her to oil him up and pull out his bacon.

Suddenly he walked past Flash to the bathroom, turned the lights on, and threw a c--dom at them.
Flash said he sat behind him and was beating his d### so hard, noisily too and it was quite distracting and a turn off.

He said Diddy used to move as fast as a leprechaun, he would disappear and burst out of nowhere.

When he was done, he wanted to wipe it off with a towel but she said "oh no, that's okay."
He took a quick shower and she gave him in an unexpected $5100 on his way out (said that's how he got his first house).

Although Diddy never made any suspect move towards him, his friend Jules told him that there were times he'd (Jules) be doing stuff, and Diddy would stand behind, smacking his a--$ and saying "get that sh!t ni---g#."

When asked if it's something he regrets, he said "getting five racks for a pop? I would do it over and over again."

ReplyDeleteSimple. An inconsistent person on material facts is a lying person. A lying person cannot be trusted or believe especially on facts within the person's sole knowledge or control.. That is court matters for us.
Only on blogs we see people supporting an obviously lying woman or man because she is a woman, or he is a man; and lying against a person the blog visitor does not like.
You know, called, and spoke with Sandra? No. Once it is established that you lied on knowing her and on calling her, puff! Credibility gone. Whatever you told or did not tell her does not matter much. It is her credibility above yours. Then Sandra plays back what she said you told her. If you do not have anything to play back, case sealed. The court rises. The Judge looks at you with corner bad eye and says in the mind "upon all the Schools and places you went to....you do not have the common sense not to fight this woman".
If Diddy goes to jail, it is not on the evidence the Prosecution has brought so far. it must be on the next set of evidence or His cup just got full in the circle of life.
So far, the case is a waste of tax payers funds - a circus of debauchery.
