Nigerian Govt Reintroduces Nigerian History As Compulsory Subject in Schools

The Federal Government of Nigeria has re-introduced History into schools.At the senior secondary level, students will study a newly introduced subject called Civic and Heritage Studies, which blends Nigerian History with Civic Education.

The government said the policy aims to strengthen national identity, promote unity, and instil patriotism and civic responsibility among students.
