  2. I move at my own pace...I draw up personal annual target list and ensure to follow up...Calibrate, celebrate my little wins and keep things moving...I am my own competition....

  4. Tbvh, I don't really see it as pressure, I see it as milestones, because at a certain age, you feel you should have attained some things, but when it's not happening you start to feel worried. It's gets to me I won't lie. But then I thank God and hope for the best

  5. I view my competition as my challenges. I don't allow negative challenges to bother me a bit . But positive challenges especially in my studies , I join group of people with positive mind sets.

  6. I don't have competitors oo, not anymore.Now I, m always on my lane.most people around look at me like a snub,but it's not what they think,I no jus ge power for gidigidi gadagada.

  9. We are humans, our response to failure and inadequacy brings about self criticism which compels us to be competitive. Leenu nwatakiri ebe mu? That stuff is very demoralising.

    To help me fight the pressure, I check my thoughts patterns regularly to identify any legodi ebe mu (see my mate) feeling.

    I will quickly dismiss the thought with being compassionate with my struggles and what I have been through.

    I fight off the competitive nature by depending on my faith and values which help me a great deal in navigating this complex world.
