I’m currently pregnant and would soon put to bed and as with pregnancy, everyone has a tip of two to help with labour and easy delivery.
A lot of people advised me to start taking hibiscus tea(zobo) as it really helps! Meanwhile I have a history of normal to low bp ooo.
After taking it religiously for a week, I went to the hospital for my routine checks and discovered my BP has significantly gone down!
I have stopped abeg. No be every advice them Dey take.
So make una Dey careful o my people. Know yourself..and not every advice will work for everybody.
