ReplyDeleteThis was my story couple of years ago. One morning after a good beating, neighbours banged on the door to save me but he locked me in and went out. They later sang to me in yoruba
Deletepretending to sweep the entrance of his flat, detailing his atrocities with other women (especially the one he always condemned) whenever I wasn't in town. That was my last day in his house. I remember telling his late mum about the beating and she said"I trust my son,if he actually beat you, you won't have the hand to pick your phone to call me".
