Nigeria's Economic and Financial crimes Commission is a joke!!!
So they arrested and detained PSquare manager Jude Okoye for allegedly embezzling dollars as accused by his brother Peter......Jude was released on Bail and even re-arrested same day....
Now EFCC is saying that he did not defraud his brother and that they have no evidence? So why did they detain Jude in the first place? Shameless organisation for causing more bad blood between the brothers!...

I remember back in 2020/2021, some bvs were pointing out how Peter was the problem but some were saying it was Jude and Paul, that they teamed up against Peter because he married outside his tribe. Peter even went as hard as teaming up with an outsider (Cynthia Morgan) to wrongfully accuse his brother of crimes he didn’t commit. Why’s he so hell bent on completely destroy his brother and the entire Okoye dynasty?

Their relationship was already damaged.
Damaged, when all 3 or 2 or 1 of them refused to listen to Elders, including Mr. Obi.
It became more "bad blood" damaged the day Peter went to report to the security agen(cies).
And really more "red blood" damaged when he allegedly went to play with his brother's children immediately after his report.
If what is reported of the last court proceedings is the complete facts, the EFCC did well by going to court.
Peter could have said, and Nigerians would believe him, that EFCC was settled hence it refused to prosecute.
We do not know if they told Peter he has no case, but he insisted on prosecution.
As reported, the EFCC said Peter "should bring his evidence".
Stella, is that not what the Isokos/Urhobos call an "Ubro eme"?
Or what the Oyibos call tongue in cheek statement?
Meanwhile, Peter has been reported to have posted a terse comment of “jokes and propaganda” and a further denial that the reported event did not happen in court.
It is now a Kashimawo situation because the case still dey court.
There is always the remedy of malicious prosecution as Lawyers say.
The end will help us public commentators to always insist on seeing proofs of evidence before displaying our knowledge on peoples’ private affairs brought semi clothed to the public.
You could imagine, fighting me and playing with my kids. Coming to my house to form the bigger and better person to the public while you are dragging and damaging my reputation. Fear someone like Peter.
