The Inspector‑General of Police, Olatunji Disu, has visited communities in the Oriire Local Government Area of Oyo State after a deadly attack and abduction incident that recently occurred in the area.

His visit comes as residents continue to express fear and concern over the rising insecurity in the region.

    1. Which one is gradual encroachment again? U ppl shud learn to say it the way it is, so that the right solution would be found, avoid sentiments always.

Same thing you ppl said in the early days of unknown gun men in igbo land, i remember you ppl saying it was fulani herdsmen, i clearly remember a comment Tj dropped here, that an eye witness even said he heard them speaking fluent Hausa while they were doing the attack. Few years down the line, hw far? Is it still fulani herds men doin the attacks in igbo land?

No one is encroaching anywhere, they should look for the perpetrators among the youths in the place that have been rendered unemployed and have been empowered to be violent during elections. May God help us all and protect us.
