Nigerian Footballer Victor Osimhen has revealed that he has plans to earn a university degree after his playing career ends.
In a video circulating online, he explained that a professional football career only lasts 20 to 25 years and he has hopes to set a good example for young people who dropped out of school due to hardship.
In his words;
"As an adult, not everything I learned in school
There are some kind of lessons you would encounter through life journey
So for me, it would be an amazing thing to also try and get a degree in which am still considering because you won't play football for so long; probably 20-25 years and then you're done, so in as much as I have a lot of things to fall back to when am done, I think it's still important for me to set a standard, like example to the younger generation that even though you dropped out due to some kind of challenges you have, you can always go back to school"

Nice one Victor Osimhen.
