Chronicle Of Blog Visitor Narrative

Hmmmmmm

STAND ALONE NARRATIVE
MUMMY G.O WITH A QUESTION MARK

I don't know whether I should stop going to church and look for a new one. Our pastor's wife wouldn't take her eyes off me. I sit in a particular seat because of the position I occupy in the church, so I can't just sit anywhere else. My seat faces her direction, but she has to turn her neck to look at me. Mine is the only seat in her line of sight. All she has to do is turn her neck to the side, and she keeps staring hard at me.

Sometimes, I would stylishly bend a little so she wouldn't see me or use my bag to shield myself, but she would stretch her neck to continue staring. I am really uncomfortable with it.
Countless times, she has told me she likes my shoes and asked where I got them from. I told her. Another time, when we met at a church event, she told me again that she liked the shoes I had on that day and asked how she could get them in pink. I told her the shoes weren't made in pink.
She sat beside me that day and stared at me until evening. I could feel her eyes piercing. I was so uncomfortable.

At first, I thought I was imagining things until I realised that no matter how many times I looked away, I would find her eyes on me whenever I looked back.
Sometimes, I wouldn't go to church for a week or two, but when I had to return because we had a meeting, she would come and sit beside me and start staring all over again, staring at me until the end of the meeting.

During the break, she told me she liked my bag and asked where I got it from. I told her abroad, and she said she would like to have a bag like that. I smiled.

Then she said how can I get it for her and I said no problem if she wants it and told her the price but she immediately went quiet.
Last week, I went to church, and she kept turning her neck in my direction from the beginning to the end of the service. It's not as though she looks at me and then looks away. She would stare at me, seem lost, look away, and then start all over again. She isn't poor . They have their own house; cars; workers etc.
I can't even change my seat, so what do I do? Please what's going on !??

Ah ah what kind of staring is that…...Na half past 4 eyes or direct?I she keeps looking at you, please corss your eyes and look back..if she sits near you make you release hot hot mess and pretend as if you are eating the thing from your nose….
Pastor wife wan gbensh you abi nah me dey imagine am?
OK wait let us be sure before we go give you bad advice…..
Look back and smile...lure her to toast you and then you know for sure and rum away………..if she is into this thing, surely her husband must know!
Come back and tell me if my advice worked oh...…
Mummy G.O that swings both ways

  1. Nonsense!
How can a grown man like you not warm her that you are uncomfortable with the whole rubbish.
Kindly change Church if you lack the balls to warm her.

    1. You must think it's everyone that fornicates or relish perversion.
I should discharge her when she is just sitting beside me in meetings and staring for reasons I don't even know.

That vulgar word you used is for yourself. I thought I heard the blog was being sanitized

  3. Get nice sunglasses and tell them you have a medical condition to wear the glasses during the day. That way if she is trying to make eye contact, she won’t succeed.

  4. Honestly, I don't think you should stop going to church just yet. I understand why you're uncomfortable, especially since this keeps happening, but I wouldn't want you to assume the worst when you don't know what is going through her mind.

For now, try not to let it disturb your peace or distract you from why you go to church in the first place. If it continues, you may find a gentle way to ask her if there is something she needs to tell you. That looking dey give les les vibes.

Please don't feel you have to leave a church you love because of something you haven't fully understood. If after the discussion staring won't stop, comot for that place.

    1. Thanks, I really appreciate you.

I have discussed my concerns with someone earlier but I was told she is likely covetous and since she gets gifts from other church members for no reason. She might feel entitled to things she sees on others and expects them to gift her because she is the pastors wife but I find that weird and hard to believe and just wanted advice on what to do.

      Thanks again.

  5. No need to confront her. Even if you do, what will it change?
Whatever reasons she gives won't sit well with you. You either change your sitting positiin or just change church to avoid certain things.

  7. Any church that you feel uncomfortable and have to explain a negative scenario to people is not for you.

I believe we go to church to worship God. Anything other than that is not for me. On the last day, even those stare of hers will be judged. So leave the church.
