BV BIg mama i saw your advice on eating small portions, please eh, i am a very very small eater and i count what i eat...like i can eat five spoons of rice and bring out all the protein..lol....
So cos i eat very little, the OMAD was turning my eyes cos my body needed food,so since yesterday i started TMAD and it actually looks like one portion divided into two....I know some people that cook five cups of rice and eat all...lol
