The Nigerian Army has apprehended a suspected insurgent in relation with the twin bomb blast that rocked Kaduna on Wednesday.
The attacks which resulted in the deaths of over 100 innocent citizens, targeted former military Head of State, General Mohammadu Buhari and a prominent Islamic cleric, Sheik Dahiru Bauchi.
A statement released on the official website of the Nigerian military, defenceinfo.mil.ng, stated that a military patrol team arrested the man who was disguised as a woman immediately after the blast took place in the area. It was further revealed that the young man was arrested while trying to fizzle into a crowd of onlookers.
The statement added that the suspected bomber was prevented from being lynched by an angry mob by the troops who took him away in an armoured personnel carrier.
“Troops are holding a man suspected to be connected with the explosion targeted at General Buhari on Wednesday.
“The young man, who was apprehended by a military patrol team that swooped on the area immediately after the explosion, had disguised as a woman clad in female garb to exude feminity with a brazier affixed to his chest.
“He is currently being interrogated by security agencies in a bid to ascertain his links,” the statement read

He shoudl explain all he knows about the bombing and if he claims to know nothing, he should tell the authorities why he was dressed in that way or else he should be chopped off bit by bit. ~ Blunt Truth

ReplyDeleteStella you have to think and understand situations before you make judgements and even write misleading comments....for the record I am a female northerener(a christian) I have lived all my life in the north and I have seen gay guys dressed in female clothing alot of times....it is not a new thing to see them,we have alot of them and they are popularly referred to as dandaudu,so back to the story,no evidence was found on him/her only that she was caught among the after bomb on lookers who came to see what was happening after the bomb went off....n yes it is not surprising that she wud be singled out cos of her/his sexualty and with the way the military do things now,used as a scape goat,and who wouldnt confess to killing obama after the senseless beating received. ....I am not God and I am pained by the number of deaths arising from the bh menace but that does not or shouldn't turn me into an irrational and sensless person who would find joy in seeing an innocent person accused wrongly

Guess you already saw the rants of a man on twitter which other bloggers posted that he might just be gay and just punished for nothing.Am not saying he's responsible, but why was he dressed that way? And I still repeat that gays in the north would not dare dress like a female especially in the day time.I don't support killing him cos he might be innocent.
