    I've never ever felt this way in my life. I'm going through serious heartbreak, cant do anything right. I'm just a shadow of myself. Men Can be very mean though. I'm ashamed of myself,cant give details of what happened because I was warned here. Love can be so painful sometimes*crying*... I just hope I can still go back to my happy self. I'm so shattered and confused.

      You are human so you will be hurt but think about it, you were living happily be for you met the individual, and you have learnt lessons from the relationship....
      Stand up, have a bath, dress up, take yourself out. Smile and be happy. Do something that makes you happy....

      Truth is some of us learn our mistakes from our own personal experience and some other people learn from experiences of others, since you are the type of person that learns from yours, no wahala.
