Ivory Coast Crowned Champions Of Africa.#AFCON

Ivory Coast have been crowned the champions of African football for the next 2 years after they defeated Ghana in a penalty shootout(10-11).

120 minutes of intense football wasn't enough to separate the two sides who played their hearts out before their supporters and guests.

The game which was heated with energy, emotions and tacky football was thrown into some spells of individual brilliance before a colourful crowd at the venue of the Finals in Equatorial Guinea.

Congrats Ivory Coast!

  2. Lack luster performance from both team. The Ivorian goal keeper made a difference in the game. Na so the younger Abedi just dey cry like small child wey they snatch him Puff-puff. The body of that Ivorian coach with him bow- leg *inhales deeply* lovely Frenchman.

  4. I couldn't believe the Ghanaian side. They could have easily become the Champions yesterday but they had to give it away. How come? The Ivorians lost the first 2 penalties...football is one unpredictable game.

That goal keeper somehow became the Hero.
    Congrats to Ivory Coast.

  17. Before the game, I wanted Ivory Coast to win. When the match started, I became indifferent. Towards the end, I wanted Ghana to win. The Ivory Coast goalkeeper is really a comedian. Initially, I thought he wasn't good and was rooting for Razak, his counterpart from Ghana. All in all, I was sad Ghana lost. I was really sad. Well, it's a game, after all Arsenal also lost. Mschewwww
