The Billboard Music Awards held yesterday, 21st May at the T-Mobile Arena, Nevada, United States. It was hosted by Vanessa Hudgens and Ludacris and had breathtaking performances by Nicki Minaj, Celine Dion, Drake and a host of others.
The worst dressed was culled from The Sun UK. 
Why is she always worst dressed? I am not understanding her.
