Legendary Nigerian actress, Joke Silva, has debunked viral rumour that her husband, Olu Jacobs has passed on....
However, in an exclusive chat with The Punch she said
“Don’t mind them, they’re just talking rubbish; don’t disturb your head. He is in the living room right now about to have Eba and Ogbono soup. Let them keep deceiving themselves. He is hale and hearty.”
I was so angry yesterday when I read the news too..like why will someone spread such bad news? What will the person gain if he died? Na wah oh!! Wishing him more sound years
ReplyDeleteThey should stop this expensive joke.
DeleteYou people should leave this man alone so that he'll fulfill his number of years in earth in peace.
DeleteAmen! Wicked people everywhere.
DeleteAbout to have eba and ogbono ๐๐
ReplyDeleteIt's the evil wishers that death will visit, wicked souls.
The people peddling this rumor should give it a break already, it’s not nice.
ReplyDeleteSome people are just bad news.
God bless you and your family Olu Jacobs ๐ฅฐ
Thank God he is alive. I heard the rumour last night and I didn't want to believe it.
ReplyDeleteJobless people constituting nuisance.. Why wish him death while he is still alive.
DeleteGod, confuse his enemies.
Haa.. God forbids bad thing o.. May he live longer than expected by them

DeleteWhy are they always killing this man? They should leave bad news alone, abeg. Many more years to the beautiful couple.
ReplyDeleteWhy do they want him to die. Why can't they wait for his time.
ReplyDeleteSeveral times, news went out that he passed. Haba! When it's his time. He will go. But before then let him breathe mbok.
More grace to Olu Jacobs.

ReplyDeleteLol, in my place it's said that when a living healthy man is rumoured to be dead, it means he will live very long. More Grace and Blessings to the Olu's IJN.

ReplyDeleteWorld people would not allow baba to live his old age in peace with their death rumor. I pray for long live in good health for him.
ReplyDeleteBitter people that derive joy in bad news.
ReplyDeleteMay you live long sir.
The rumours may be from his camp. All these people do all sorts of fetish things to stay alive or to remain relevant. Their babalawos will do rituals for them and tell them the concluding part is to announce his death.
ReplyDeleteWhat a sad way to see life. Seeing enemies and dreaming up evil everywhere. Perpetually paranoid.
DeleteI am telling you Anon 15:50, this person is so afraid of her shadow, perpetually PARANOID, what a way to live.
DeletePutting out one's obituary when one is still alive is a form of ritual for recovery from chronic illness or to prolong their lives
ReplyDeleteHmmmmmmm na wa
DeleteI didn't even hear the rumour. Oh well, thank God he is alive.
ReplyDeleteLovelace
May you live long Sir.......dey go dey wait for Obituary news ,you go dey celebrate birthdays and anniversaries
ReplyDeleteWhy wishing this man dead everytime, hmmm wetin the man do una, na wah ooh.
ReplyDeleteI honestly think Olu should do some Hollywood voice over work. His voice is so silky and smooth I want to see his voice immortalized on something big.
ReplyDeleteKeep living, Olu. Best voice in Nollywood.
