      Is his plan to liquidate the state funds, leave his successor with a ridiculous reoccurring cost or is this legal bribery to buy them over for the next election? I thought it was a joke. This is the person that wants to lead a country. If he created a mechanized farm and employed 1/4 of these people to produce food that will be sold at subsidized rate for people living in the state, they will be better off.
