INSIDE THE MIND OF A WOMAN GOING THROUGH MOTHERHOOD.

I watched a video of a child struggling to climb into the bathtub while his mom was bathing. I couldn’t help but laugh because I can relate, I have lost all form of privacy with the kids.

I complained in the early days but now I am used to it. Looking back, till I was a young adult I followed my mom everywhere around the house.

We were either always gisting or doing chores together. Even when she was napping one of us would still curl up beside her.

I am used to it now, in the last few days when the house is full in the evenings. I slip away and hide, and the longest I have gone before being noticed is ten minutes and those few minutes has been so blissful and quiet.

I plan to keep hiding away and I hope I will be able to go for longer periods as time goes on..

LOL... if the time get longer, you are the one that will become worried that no one has looked for you and come out...

PINKYS CORNER

There is this boy who is just 10years of age, the mum is in Dubai(For whatever reasons I don't know). I think she has been there for close to 5-6years now. She left her only son and only child with her younger sister.

The issue is, this boy was dealt with badly, he was beaten to the extent that, it was just by luck, else the two eyes would have been blinded by the Cain. The boy's face was swollen and he couldn't see. I was going to my stand jeje when they both walked by, she was taking him to school and I stopped him to know what happened to his eyes and face, the lady quickly answered me by saying "He fell down" which is so clear that it's Atori that caused it. The boy didn't even allow her to land fully when he said, ''she was the one who flogged me all because I said I'm not ready for extra lesson''

She left my stand and pulled the boy from me.

I didn't even say anything, I just went to my stand with the plans of going back to the boy's school because i captured the name of the school and I noticed it is just a throw stone. 

When I got to their school after(like an hour interval), I met with the admin and told her I came to complain about something then I told her that there is a boy who is a student here and was beaten badly, she then asked me to come into the office to identify the boy on getting to the office, the boy was there sitting and I told her this is the boy I'm talking about. I was told they have called the guardian's line then I decided to wait to see who the person will be, I was asked if I know the boy then I lied saying yes.

Unfortunately for her, never knew the school management has invited a police officer just to come over to witness Incase they come back to school saying it was their teacher that flogged him. When this aunty came in and saw me, she was so surprised, to cut the long story short, she was so rude and was finally arrested because the boy's mother was called on WhatsApp video and when she saw her son, she shouted and she personally asked the school to arrest her younger sister.

I dont know if they have settled it, but I was just happy when her own blood instructed them to arrest her.

The point is, leaving your child with people can be dangerous because people tend to maltreat them behind you, no matter how close they are to you, have had such experience once when I was growing up. That was how the Aunty then first molested me, that memory can't be erased.

NOSY NEIGHBOUR

Unto the yard gists, e get one of our neighbors wey her shop dey for front of we yard and she newly birthed a beautiful chubby boy. As I dey house na, I sey make I go mend some clothes for one tailor shop for front of we yard too.

Na there tory begin fly in sey the baby no be the man own. The way news flies in this we area eh. There's this young girl that comes to assist her in the shop, she comes during the holidays too. Tory sey the girl na her first daughter, sey the woman been marry born 3 children before she marry this her present husband. And hubby sef no know.

Wetin inspire this tory be about the man wey cancel him wedding because he discovered his bride to be has kids outside wedlock. Na this gist dem dey debate on wey come bring and birth our dear neighbour own oh

Dem sey na person wey sabi her reach house, na him nack the gist give them.
But if na true sey this we neighbour get three kids which is not bad, why e be sey na only the teenage girl (she said she's their last born) dey come around what happened to the other two?. Naso this cho cho cho go continue like this until her husband hear am, Wahala sef go burst. Or any day she try pick quarrel with person for yard now, them go use am abuse her for her husband front.

I no just want to believe wetin dem dey yarn for the little lad. People no dey mind dem business again oh, person get mind open him mouth yarn sey him neignour pikin no be her husband own. I just carry my clothes waka, I no wan be witness to nonsense

Same day oh. Our suck away don full and we dey contribute money to drill out the thing. Some people never pay and the thing dey cause kasala for we yard. Landlord come out for morning dey shout for people wey never pay, Naso everybody come out na.

Before you know it people don dey form different group. The ones wey never pay form dem own dey yab landlord for low tones, we wey don pay form our own dey talk our own (we're vips na). My neighbor dey gist me sey Naso e dey be every morning oh, landlord go come shout and people go form group, omo I dey miss gists

As landlord commot, the women come form one group dey yarn women matter, one woman sey she go take family planning injection, sey she no wan born again. She was narrating the process she took to us. She said she saw single ladies taking the injection too. Na him one woman say 'God forbid, how person wey never marry go take that kind thing'.

Thank God the one that took it took out time to explain why it's necessary. Na there another important matter spring up, na him I sey I go ask the good people of sdk.

Someone said girls that take birth control injections or implants will not have a child or give birth in their next World  if they die with the implant. The rest of them concurred except me

Biko zienu, is it true. Abeg educate a local champion like me oh. Person wey die with implants no go born pikin for him next life?

How dem take know say the person no go born for next life? people running away from their pasts, may God shield them from people who know dem cos everybody get something wey dey hide...Me nah my big bum bum i dey hide...hehehehehehehehehe

Stay away from yard gossip before na beating dem go take wake you up one day oh...ehen!!!

*Dont check his phone, LEAVE IT...(some ones marriage just crashed cos she checks on phone, she didn't find anything but the guy found out she put a listening chip on his phone, he told me that after that he felt watched and felt violated cos she had been listening to all his calls.... He said she is dangerous and moved out..
