A total of 574 schools had their licences revoked over examination malpractice and will not be allowed to conduct West African Senior School Certificate Examination 2025.
At a Press briefing, the Head of WAEC National office , Dr Amos Dagnut stated that the affected schools will be forwarded as a list to the federal Government and they will not be allowed to conduct West African Senior School Certificate Examination which will commence on April, 24, 2025.
Why would they wait till when exams is about to start? What happen to the students that have innocently registered in those schools? BTW, why would they even allow the schools to register students on their portal knowing fully well that their licence have been revoked? This is so unfair on the students and their parents.
