There's an expression used throughout Scripture describing God's provision for us: 'much more'. It assures us that there's no need we'll face that can't be met through his abundant resources. Our tendency is to approach our needs with an attitude of 'much less'. It assumes that God is unable or unwilling to meet them. No, God wants us to adopt a 'much more' attitude. Much less is the language of visible things; it allows circumstances and lack to govern our lives. Much more is the language of unseen things; it invites us to live assured of God's abundance.
There is an inspiring illustration of this principle in 2 Chronicles 32. The Assyrian King Sennacherib's forces were threatening Israel with annihilation. After he told them to look around and see what he had done to the people of other lands, he added, 'How much less will your God deliver you from my hand' (2 Chronicles 32:15 NKJV). But instead, King Hezekiah fixed his eye of faith on God's resources and encouraged the Israelites: 'There's no reason to be afraid of King Sennacherib and his powerful army. We are much more powerful, because the Lord our God fights on our side' (2 Chronicles 32:7-8 CEV). Although the Assyrians had a vastly superior army, verse eight says 'these words greatly encouraged the army of Judah', believing God was much more powerful than their enemy!
And it's time you developed a 'much more' mentality in your life because, 'with God's power working in us, God can do much, much more than anything we can ask or imagine' (Ephesians 3:20 NCV).

A figure stood beside the spring, where Hagar had collapsed, exuding an otherworldly presence. He was no ordinary traveler; rather, he was an angel of the Lord, who knew her by name.
In the eyes of Abram and Sarai, Hagar was nothing more than a servant, and to the world, she was a nothing person and inconsequential. But to God, she was seen and she was known.
God saw her and knew her Intimately.
And for the first time, Hagar grasps the profound truth: SHE IS NOT FORGOTTEN.
God was aware of her anguish and had heard her pleas. Overcome with emotion, she utters the name that will resonate throughout history: 'You Are El Roi.' She professes, 'You are the God who sees me,' and acknowledges, 'I have now seen the God who sees me' (Gen 16:13)
She proceeded on her journey and roamed the desert of Beer Sheba. With each step, a question reverberated in her mind...
"God, do you still see me?"
The desert was merciless, the sun blazed like fire, and the sand shifted beneath fatigued feet. Hagar pressed forward, but with each step, the burden grew heavier, her scant provisions dwindling rapidly.
Ishmael, abandoned by his mother Hagar in the wilderness due to a lack of water, cried out in anguish. God, in response, heard his cry and intervened, guiding Hagar to a well of water and promising Ishmael a great future. Genesis 21:17-20
The Bible says that God harkened to the cry of Ishmael!
What a God!
When you feel God has rejected you, look, God is smiling at you!
When you feel it is all over, God is telling you to watch and see!
Many of us aren’t seeing the supply simply because we have allowed our fears to cloud our sight.
God is a master planner! God doesn’t initiate troubles; He uses them for your good even before they get initiated!
Sometimes, God uses the very bad treatment meted out on you to fulfil his purpose!
Some harsh treatments that people give to you are harmonized by God, not because He hates you but because He wants to use it for your good and His glory.
His thoughts towards you are thoughts of good and not of ill, to give you an end expected.
As for Hagar, the God who sees has never left her.
The wilderness that once threatened to consume her, is now the very land in which her people thrive.
In the end it was never about the land, it was about the God who sees.
She was a woman who was seen and cared for by God when she was in the wilderness. For she is remembered, not for what she lacked but for the faith she carried.
And that faith became the foundation for generations that followed.

I've been searching to download that song but I can't find the free download link(as per I like free things 😁). I usually don't get moved by these Igbo songs but you see Chinyere Udoma, hmm... Back in the days when they used to condemn her for her makeup and all that but thank God I never joined the critiques to see all that. We have had few opportunities to have some business deals with the other colleagues who don't wear makeup and from there I concluded that I wasn't wrong from the unset when I decided to look beyond makeup. I realized that the other colleagues are not as spiritual as they wanted us to see them.
