Rapper Diddy Versus EX Cssie Day 5 In Court...

Day 5 was The last part of Cassie's cross examination
The demolishing of Cassie's testimony continued.
The defence came with a truckload of exhibits to destroy her story, including the ones that weren't submitted for vetting earlier.
It was so much they had to be stopped at one point.
Cassie slayed in a pink stripe suit, looking like something off the cover of Vogue magazine.

It wasn't long after she arrived in style that they began.

THE CHEATING
So the defence wanted to further prove that she's a sl∆t.
It was revealed that Diddy looked through her phone and found out she was dating a former NFL player (no name was mentioned).
And so he would take her phone, passport, watches when he feels like she's cheating. He also accused her of messing with Chris Brown.

VIOLENCE
They attempted to show that she has a history of violence.
They showed a text exhibit from 2013. If you recall, she was in the news for getting into a fight at her brother's party.
In the text, she told Diddy "I almost had to k!-ll a biaach."
Also, there's this guy she was friends with who claimed he had a fr#akoff video of her.
She wanted to see it but for strange reasons he refused to show her.
They played a video of Cassie yelling at him at a party saying she'll off him and hide his bo#y and it won't be on her head, someone else would do it. Probably Diddy.
Although, I can't blame her for saying that. What friend keeps an incriminating video of a friend?
So those were poor attempts by the defence in my opinion.

M$NTAL HEALTH
Remember she told the court she used opioids to cope with the effects of the f-offs and later stopped.
Well, she takes a medication to prevent her from having a relapse.
She's also been in a facility for trauma therapy, the defence used that against her.
The defense lady goes, "you know what else they do in the facility?
Hope you know it's a facility for s$-x addiction, s$-x compulsion, love addiction?"
They wanted to discredit her by saying she was m§πtally unstable and dangerously in love with Diddy.
And that she didn't know what she was saying in the lawsuit, it was triggered by her dr∆_g/s$x/love adikshons.

EXHIBIT: FR#AKOFF
They showed a text exchange between Cassie and Diddy.
Cassie: "we have to have a proper f-off without ketamine, I hate K.
Let me know and I'll fly in Dave (an ezkot)"
Cassie: "You want a f-off with a girl?"
Diddy: "What makes u wanna do that? We need to do some soulsearching to bring this relationship back to a point. We need to think about it. What do u think about that?"
Cassie: "I'm the happiest when I feel in love with u. I know that I'm a problem but I love u." (Aww)

HUSBAND ALEX FINE
The defence asked when she started dating Alex Fine, she said after she broke up with Diddy in 2018
While dating Alex, Diddy texted her "I wanted to make things right with you. I took care of u"
She texted back, "I didn't need u to take care of Kim and Gina. I needed u to put me first. I don't trust u."
You'd think she was done with Diddy... nah.
They were communicating on the low.
Interestingly, she'd testified earlier that Diddy 'graped' her in August 2018, but this time in court she said it was September.
It was almost like she was trying to manipulate dates.
Exhibits showed her talking to him before and after the alleged grape,
Saying stuff like "Hit me up when u can. I love u"
Remember, whilst dating Alex!
One of the days she went to Diddy's place.
Alex calls on facetime, she declined the call because she was being f-k_ed by Diddy.
Defence asked, you consensually had s#x with Diddy while dating your husband, she said "yes"
The court said whoa!
It's said that Alex was visibly uncomfortable.
They were working really hard to paint a picture of a woman who moved dirty with men connected to Diddy.
She told her husband Diddy graped her.
Meanwhile, she texted Diddy telling him how she felt lost and needed love.

EXHIBIT: SPITE
Cassie hated the fact that he said Kim Porter was his soulmate (he posted that on his socials).
She texted him "What was the 11 years about?" And didn't want talk to him after that.
The defense lady said in a sarcastic tone, "Kim Porter was the love of Diddy and you went to marry the love of your life, hun?"
As though she hopped on Alex out of spite for Diddy.
The prosecution countered them, they said they were trying to destroy her credibility and make it all about her being in love at her own detriment.

THE SHOCKER
It's 2019, the world thought Diddy and Cassie were finally over.
Guess what? They were talking. An exhibit was pulled up.
Diddy: "Hey you, just checking on you, sending some love. Congratulations you'll make a beautiful mother. Sending u love and light. I had a dream about u the other night. I know you're happy. I miss my best friend"
Cassie: "I miss you too"
Diddy: "I've been reflecting a lot. Things have been rough without our friendship. U're my ride or die. One of the greatest women in the world. I'm so happy to know that u don't hate me."
(Time passes before she replies)
Cassie: I needed a second to gather my thoughts. Sorry, the things u said blew my mind. We need to talk & get closure & understanding."
Then the shady defence lady goes,
"You are his ride or die ain't you? As the greatest woman in the world that message was full of emotion, wasn't it?"
Cassie said she appreciated it. It was the message she was looking for for a long time.
Shady defence lady said, "This is what you've always wanted"
Cassie said "no, that's what I wanted then".
Another text from Cassie read: "I want to be at this beautiful point of my life without you"
Diddy: *tears of joy* I hope u can forgive me. I say this with all respect for ur marriage. Hopefully we get to talk."

SHADY DEFENCE LADY
The defence redirected their focus to her husband Alex, the personal trainer.
They noted that she and Alex moved into her mom's house in Connecticut after her breakup with Diddy.
(They were trying to make him seem broke, you'll see why)
Cassie said no, they just wanted to leave LA.
Shady defence lady goes, "oh I'm just saying, you went from Diddy's big mansion to your mom's modest house... Uhm ok"
She continued, "you didn't go on tour in Australia. You cancelled it.
You didn't need the money anymore right?
I mean, you needed it at first but with the Diddy $20m settlement you don't need it now."
Cassie said she didn't tour because she wanted to be at home with her kids, that the reactions from the lawsuit were overwhelming.
However, the shady questions aimed to imply that the lawsuit she filed against Diddy in 2023 was motivated by hunger. They wanted the jury to see it as a desperate move because she was broke.
The shady defence lady then pulled up a damning exhibit from 2012. The text message read:
Diddy: I want to f-off for the last time.
Cassie: I don't want to f-off for the last time, I want it to be the first time for the rest of our lives.
After causing a stir with the exhibit, the shady defence lady said, "no further questions your honour".
Meanwhile, Cassie argued that it was her job to seduce him and that's how he wanted to talk.
She explained that she'd have to cancel work and be obligated for f-offs and was nothing else but a s## worker.
She said she blocked Diddy but he was still contacting her.
The defence lady goes again, "was the 20m worth it? If you could do it all over again would you take the money or walk away?"
Cassie said "I wouldn't (she burst into tears) cos I'll be able to live my life and have my career"
Seeing her tears, the prosecution tried to draw more tears out of her to fit her victim story.
They asked, "How did you feel when Diddy and those two bicks ch###kd you out and p#s-s€d down your throat?"
(Cassie in tears)
They continued "how many times did Diddy knack you?"
"All the time with the UTI" (Cassie balled)
"How many times did he hit you?"
"All the time during the f-off" (cries harder)
She even fell in court.
The defence returned for the last time, rolled their eyes and told her she enjoyed many big opportunities through Diddy, including top music features.
Cassie wiped her eyes and said the things she had were mostly earned not given.

SURPRISE SURPRISE!
The defence asked, "You didn't receive a settlement from the intercontinental hotel?" (Where that be@ting we saw took place)
She tried to dance around the question and later admitted that they settled.
"How much?"
Wait for it!
"10 million"
They said everybody in court gasped.
Extra 10 milli on top Diddy's 20m? All that money and you're what? Crying?
Seriously though, you might call it a money grab on her part but what we saw in that surveillance footage deserved a reasonable settlement.

EXHIBITS IN DIDDY'S HOTEL (Room 2115)
Cassie was taken off the stand and another witness came on the stand.
An Indian lady who worked for the Homeland Security Unit
She was one of the cops that arrested Diddy at a hotel in September, 2024.
Videos of what they found were shown in court.
- 4 bags of baby oil, to be applied right at the entrance door.
