We face a lot of challenges living with a positive status, Especially stigmatisation.

 I wish we could all discuss our problems freely like every other person living with a particular ailment, but we all fear being rejected and stigmatized.



Sometimes, one gest down in the spirit, especially when you think about the virus, that's why I will encourage anyone living with hiv to always make sure they're busy, so that the devil will not occupy your mind with negative thoughts...

This is why I always visit Stella's blog to make myself happy anytime I have free time. I know sometimes we get overwhelmed and ask questions,like why us? But like every other person, life must go on.

A lot of people are passing through worse, I think being hiv positive shouldn't limit us, engage your mind positively, think less of the situation and live your life.....

I've met a young girl who told me she didn't know how she got it but she'll make sure she gives it to people...... I told her , do you know hiv is very manageable? what if the person you're planning to infect is even carrying a deadlier disease or another variant of hiv , deadlier than the one you are carrying? I encouraged her to use her drugs well and forget about dying with people,cos that was her word.

 She said she wants to go with a lot of people, when she still have the chance to live responsibly with the virus .

I pray we get a cure soon but before then , if you're positive always use your drugs. It's very important
