A boy simply identified as Emem has allegedly forcefully gbenshedd and killed his own mother in Delta State.
The suspect, who is said to have displayed signs of insanity, allegedly fled the scene after the incident, which occurred at Eferemor Street by Ovie House, Agbarho community in Ughelli North Local Government Area.
The incident occurred at about 10:00 pm on Thursday night.
It was learnt that the younger brother of the fleeing suspect, who had just returned home that day, saw their mother in a pool of her own blood, nak'd, with sp*rm in her private part and other parts of her body, an indication that she may have been forced to do the do and killed.
The police have evacuated and deposited the remains of the victim at a morgue in Agbarho community.
It was gathered that the fleeing suspect had once stripped himself naked and called his mother to come over so that he could have carnal knowledge of her.
The suspect is yet to be arrested.

DeleteEvery country with a large population has disturbing incidents ever so often. It is unlikely that in a population so large everyone will be pristine, even in times of great prosperity. Japan that is lauded for being a practically crime free country with a highly respectful populace has problems too.
So the boy was so poor he was doing drugs? Poverty is the excuse why neighbors and relatives didn't take steps and keep him in a public mental hospital or local alternatives where it is a taboo to charge for caring for the insane?
