    1. Nope. There's nothing to gloat about this.
While the lady may have gone over reacted, putting a phone on Airplane mode during a flight is something almost all of do regularly.
There is absolutely nothing that warranted the Ibom Air hostess from preventing her from disembarking the plane. They would have simply allowed her to come down, then the Airport security will take her to their office for more questioning. Simple matter.
But what did they do instead? They dragged her out like a common criminal, recorded her nakedness, posted it online and then remanded her in Prison.
All because she didn't put off her phone?

    2. Thank you Nocturnal..
This is not funny at all..
They assaulted her and then posted it online, because she's a nobody abi..

    3. Nocturnal, thank you oooo.

That's how they celebrate bad behaviour and cry foul when the table turns to them. No one deserves that level of wickedness. That airport staff intentionally pulled her top to reveal her nakedness. That alone tells me there is more to the story than the snippets they shared. Those people in uniform get intoxicated with the slightest amount of power.

    5. Well written Nocturnal, they should have allowed the airport securities do their job.

    6. Nocturnal, you have said it all. I wish the lady has people in high places that can fight for her. They would have allowed her disembark and then arrest her. The behavior of every crew involved in that viral video was barbaric. Looking more like things that happen in a jungle.

That can't be more than $250.
I've sold dividers for years before. No customized sef is $200 Shioor 😯

  8. I think the aviation law in Nigeria has two different laws:

One for the highly connected and the other for the downtrodden

  9. The hands of the law is fast here!! So what about KWAM 1 charges....Nigeria now has 2 laws: One for rich and one for the poor.....The airport authorities should learn how to de-escalate things; blocking her from alighting was very wrong from the air hostess, sharing her videos of her privates while roughly handling her.......

The security should have been on standby at the end of the plane and pick her up in a civil & professional manner...Haba!! Are we in Oshodi motor park?.....Yes the girl was unruly; why make yourself to be a human shield..If she had hit the lady or push her down......

We have a lot to learn as a country because all of us are quick to talk about rights but forget about responsibilities.....My own is I want to see KWAM 1's charges if we are serious as a country.....

Taking her to Kirikiri is using a slender hammer to kill a fly....She should be detained at airport cell or something......

    1. Just imagine how swiftly the law in our country is now working. The same law that was crippled or probably died when similar issues happened last week. Truly, rules and regulations are for the poor. The law is really for the oppressed.

They shared just snippets of what happened here and there, and they expect us to believe she is a mad woman. Even at that, is that enough reason to expose her nakedness intentionally?.

Who trained those personnel? There was nothing professional about those uniformed staff I watched in that video.

    2. My dear, it unbelievable!
Two people who broke aviation rules & two different judgements.

It is very appalling justice should be served to all not a selected class of people.

  13. She's just a LAPO kid, that's why people have not come out to tell us that to 'Err is human',that's why they haven't allowed her to apologize like her senior colleagues. Her only crime is that she doesn't have the high and mighty as her friends.Selective justice is no justice at all.

  16. Apparently the laws are made by the rich for the poor to obey…Im not justifying what the lady did but this is too much after the assault that was meted to her by the airline

  17. Nothing was shared about how the issue escalated to what we all watched in the video, yet you guys piled up allegations against her. Why is she in Kirikiri already? Had she stood trial?

The anyhowness in this country is alarming!

  18. All I know is that in this Nigeria, there is law for man, there is law for woman, there is law for the rich and there is law for the poor, and the laws are different.

  19. The passenger’s assault on airline staff constitutes a criminal offence under Nigerian law, as does engaging in violent conduct. The proper course of action by airline security should have been to call the police and allow them to handle the matter, rather than physically restraining her in a manner that led to public exposure.

Committing a crime does not extinguish a person’s constitutional right to dignity under Section 34 of the 1999 Constitution.
Forcibly exposing a woman’s breasts in public amounts to sexual harassment and could form the basis for a civil claim.
The individual who recorded and circulated the video may also be liable under privacy and cybercrime laws.

Lastly, there is no law in Nigeria mandating the wearing of a bra.
Public criticism on that ground has no legal basis.
