  22. I read a comment where someone said the wedding was delayed with a bit of hope that cuppy might wed first but it is what is be it for clout chasing or whatever cuppy is really making a mockery of herself with her frequent post on men ,she should take a cue from her sister unless she's having some personal undiagnosed issues

    1. Well, the ‘comment’ you read and brought here makes no sense.
Besides Cuppy isn’t even the first daughter and the first daughter is not married yet…
So, what are you and the naysayers saying exactly?

      Delete
    2. I don’t believe that. The family is not so traditional that they would do something like that, they respect their culture but not wrapped up into it that they don’t have any logic.. Plus, as the other poster stated, Cuppy is not the first daughter.

    4. That's a lie, nothing like the senior sibling must get married before the younger ones in Yoruba culture, anybody that is ready and find spouse is free to get married, even if you're the last born of plenty siblings and all your older siblings are yet to get married, that's your own luck, they will never stop your own marriage because of another person.

  27. All those comparing, I hope you know this is a great way to ensure no Nigerian entrepreneur makes money off these folks who have taken so much from your commonwealth but act all snobbish and celebrate the money with mostly white foljs in countries far out of the reach of most Nigerians. Nigerian youths are too shallow for this type of conversation. The number of families that get fed through a Nigerian wedging even in the western countries where many Nigerians live is a lot. From the events planners, to the Alaga, to the Aso ebi suppliers, a lot of money is funneled to the economy and to different families. Folks like Ote$ are selfish rich folks whose extended families line the one that married the actor won’t even be there but white folks who won’t benefit the Nigerian economy. The wedding industry in Nigeria is with over $100 billion and generates a lot of employment.

The only pass I can think of is that Tosin Ajibade (Eazy) just lost his mom and may want a smaller ceremony. Even then the money spent by the very wealthy is in the clothing and food served. The Iceland wedding wasn’t cheap either.
