Deletethe last time, I think other department was 150 and medicine, pharmacy and co were above 200 I'm not too sure but let me explain something funny to you. That is for jamb oooo...There is still an expected mark for screening or postutme
if they set surgery cut off to 80 then the question is, how do they come about the 200?
read carefully ma, if a student score 300 in jamb, the score will be divided by 8 and whatever he or she gets become the real mark. Then such student will then sit for postUTME at the school and any score gotten will be divided by two then added to the score above to get the cut off mark. I don't know if you understand my rubbish.

DeleteAfter Jamb exams, the next thing is to wait for results.
Once you see your results, you will wait for Jamb policy meeting in June.
From Jamb policy meeting, cutoff marks will be released.
Last year, NDU cutoff marks was 150. But you cannot use this cutoff mark for this year unless this year cutoff mark is released.
However, you can use last year cutoff mark as a target. So, once your jamb score is out, and you chose NDU, compare your Jamb score with the 150.
If you pulled above 150, then you are safe to continue the journey.
*Recommended Departmental Cutoff Marks*
The Niger Delta University do not release departmental Cutoff Marks. All we see is one cutoff marks for everyone. According to the admissions officer, if you scored up to the released cutoff mark, then you can purchase POST UTME FORM (At the A & U Ng Smart Office, main campus gate).
However, three sessions backward, the NDU released departmental Cutoff Marks. And that has been our recommended cutoff marks.
They are as follows:
Medicine: 250
Law: 220
Pharmacy: 180
Nursing: 180
Masscom: 180
All other faculties: 150
I believe this information helps.
Remember to process your post UTME form At the A & U Ng Smart Office.

see ehn, there are ways at which cut off mark can be calculated by you without anyohne telling you they will smuggle your child in like banned product.
get to know the cut of mark of the school through anyone who has the knowledge or go to their school website. Then divide whatever your child gets in jamb by 8, some schools use 4{it all depend on their school rules} then await his postutme score, after which, divide the PostUTME score by 2 and add up, thats how you get if he is eligible or not.
