‎Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything,by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God.And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.
    ‎(Phil.4:6-7)
‎Beloved of God,it's another day of assurance of inner peace. We pray this scripture be made manifest in our lives today and beyond in Jesus name. We decree our petition this da to him be granted in Jesus name πŸ™

  3. ‎DISAGREEMENT, QUARRELS, FIGHTS:
‎Let's learn to define these 3 things in respect to marriage....
‎In my OPINION, saying you've been married for a number of years, and you both have never had disagreements, is a LIE!
‎It just means, one or both of you have been suppressing a lot of things. And the day the person will explode ehn???
‎I mean, there's no shame in accepting you disagree with your spouse on some issues. It shows you are both human, and you are logical and sensible beings.
‎A healthy marriage doesn't mean the absence of disagreements, but rather the ability to navigate them sensibly and resolve them through communication, and compromise. πŸ’―
‎I will NEVER accept a couple saying "in 20 years of marriage, my wife and I have never had any disagreement....". Na all dis kain talk dey make singles get unrealistic expectations. Tell singles the truth. Tell them the good, the bad and the ugly of marriage.
‎Marriage is dope! But you must be prepared to be mature in handling the stormy parts.
    ‎Make nobody form saint biko!....#ALiSpeaks

    5. I read the post yesterday and I was just wondering how no argument for 17 years. Like you rightly said, one person is definitely supressing a lot.

      Delete
    6. I sha hope we can say ‘no quarrel’ as in the 10 years I’ve known my husband, we have never quarreled. Yes, disagreements and little arguments every now and then but it’s never led to a full blown quarrel.

      Oh, thank u Jesus!

      Delete
    7. No matter how intentional you are in a marriage, there is no way both won't have argument.. When I read it yesterday night, i just dey smile. My wife and I had never had a fight nor quarrel but we don get several argument ranging from how to set and reset the living room, giving me food on time, using washing machine to wash my clothes which I don't like, to mention but few but we have never for once had fight or quarrel.

we only argue to agree and not disagree. This is my 4th year in marriage

      Delete
    8. Disagreements are a must in marriage. If there has never been a disagreement, this means one person is the boss and the other is a staff. No staff dares argue with their boss. So his own claims might be true because some of these men of God carry themselves like mini gods even in the homes.

  4. ENCOURAGEMENT RULES

'Pleasant words are...health to the bones.' Proverbs 16:24 NKJV

Everybody needs encouragement. Even the great achievers in history became all that they were because of others in their lives. We've seen The Chronicles of Narnia and The Lord of the Rings. But did you know that their authors, C.S. Lewis and J.R.R. Tolkien, were professors at Oxford University and maintained a close friendship? Every week they'd meet to eat, talk about their fiction-writing endeavours and read passages of their yet unpublished works. It was Tolkien who encouraged Lewis, an avowed atheist, to explore Christianity, ultimately leading to his conversion. And it was Lewis who encouraged Tolkien to continue writing fiction and to seek publication. Were it not for their friendship and mutual encouragement, the world wouldn't have received the finest writing in apologetics of the twentieth century, nor one of the finest fantasy works ever written.

Everyone, young and old, successful and less-than-successful, famous and unknown who receives encouragement is changed by it. Mark Twain said, 'One compliment can keep me going for a whole month.' A word of encouragement from a teacher can change a child's life; a word of encouragement from a spouse can strengthen or even save a marriage; a word of encouragement from a leader can inspire a person to reach his or her potential.

Zig Ziglar says, 'You never know when a moment and a few sincere words can have an impact on a life.' The Bible says, 'Pleasant words are like a honeycomb, sweetness to the soul and health to the bones' (Proverbs 16:24 NKJV).

  5. Live From Within!!
    Romans 8:14

"If you train your heart, your spirit, to listen to God’s voice, you’ll always know what to do, where to go, and how to respond to the issues and circumstances of life. You’ll always walk in victory."

"Practice this even today; pray in tongues. Meditate on the Word. Learn to pause and check within before making decisions. As you do, you’ll find that your thoughts, words and actions are in sync with God’s perfect will for your life."

    Prayer!!

With my spirit, I’ve encircled and taken possession of all things; I possess the blessings of Abraham. Life, immortality and eternity are in my spirit. I live from within, guided by divine wisdom and empowered for a life of success and impact as the Spirit of God guides me into all truth and causes me to walk in victory today, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.

There is this tiny infection not sure if it's fungile. It eats up the root of hair and makes it to receed without growing back. . Please what is it called and what is the ready. I noticed it on my teen daughter's hair. Her hair has really receeded and makes her uncomfortable to open her hair in public. I have used different products without result until her stylist pointed the disease. She called it something in Yoruba not sure of the English name. Please help a sister regain confidence. t's like a scrap ringworm

    1. Why not barb it and start over, she is still young. Her hair will grow back..

    2. It's ringworm...I think Yorubas call it Lapalapa...

I will advice you cut her hair...Use lime juice or sulphur based hair cream to fight it....Please she should not share hair combs, clippers, or any hair accessories with anyone....buy her own and tell her not to use anybodies own or give hers out....

After each hair cut if she has to use salon barbers, ensure to wash her head and any of your kids with medicated soap or shampoo.....

Finally ask your pharmacy for any medication for ringworm....I heard there is "agbo" for it, not too sure...

      All the best

    7. Go to the pharmacy and buy original fulcin tablets. One tablet twice daily or ask the pharmacist to tell you the dosage depending on her age as I don't know her actual age. My son had it back then but this drug cured it. It cures all forms of stubborn skin or scalp diseases

Once you have spoken from your mouth, you don't need to doubt in

Make your words a true representative of your heart -your inner convictions.

When your words, align with your heart, you will always have what you say.

  30. If you are a proprietor/Proprietress please pick something from just one paragraph out of many in my article titled Talent Management.

Private secondary schools in Ibadan metropolis (not only Ibadan) have become insignificant in the delivery of quality education due to the challenges faced by the public education sector. However, the success and sustainability of these schools largely depend on their ability to attract, develop, and retain skilled and motivated staff. Despite the crucial role of talent management in driving institutional performance, many private schools continue to struggle with issues such as high staff turnover, inadequate training opportunities, low job satisfaction, and weak leadership structures. These issues raise concerns about the institutional capacity of these schools to effectively manage human capital in a highly competitive education environment.

    3. Talent development is a strategic approach aimed at enhancing the skills, competencies, and overall performance of employees to meet organizational goals. In the context of private secondary schools, talent development involves continuous professional growth opportunities for teachers and administrative staff to improve instructional quality and student outcomes. Effective talent development programs are crucial for enhancing teaching quality which helps to ensures that teachers stay updated with the latest pedagogical strategies, curriculum changes, and technological advancements, leading to improved teaching practices, employee retention which helps to provide growth opportunities, increases job satisfaction and loyalty among staff, reducing turnover rates and a well-developed workforce contributes to the school’s reputation, student performance, and overall success.

I am well known for that. But what doesn't really go down well with me is when I begin to hear stuffs like... "na ogbanje she be, because how? How she take dey relax her hair by herself, braid and fix her hair all by herself if no be ogbanje ponbele she be?"
I hear that a lot and I will just laugh.

I saw something that broke me yesterday 😑 there are two bumps before my shop, I saw a young guy driving with his girlfriend by his side, and he was beating her inside the car while driving, the glass was down so I could see him slapping her repeatedly, I shouted and people outside too, it was obvious he was beating her, but he drove past, and others in the shop saw it too, why do some women stay in abusive relationship, the day you slap me is the last day you will see me 😌
