They eat healthy. I saw one BEP here, advise someone for the future. In Japan they do GRY as advice. Daily make sure you have 1. Green vegetables... cabbage, lettuce,celery etc
2. Red roots...potato, yam, cantaloupe, cocoyam etc They have red varieties.

3. Yellow fruits...mango,orange,pawpaw,golden apple.
Then they are always going to Temples.
They WORSHIP their God like tomorrow no dey.
