While speaking during an appearance at New York City Culturecon this weekend, she was quoted saying;
"So the people that am talking to is just two
He is nice and she is nice
But I really just wanted to make sure these were normal people, And what I talked about with my therapist the other day was, I’m having a hard time opening up because they’re not narcissists.
And guess what narcissists do? They love bomb you,”
They do everything to look perfect. They mirror you.”
She explained that the man and the woman she’s now dating both “challenge” her by “asking questions” and not letting her “walk all over them"
" And these people, they are challenging you
They are asking questions
They are not letting you walk over them
They are just doing whatever they need to do to get to the relationship
And so am not feeling safe enough to open up yet and so what I have to do is realize if you want something different , you have to be also different
