ReplyDeletePDP scored less than 1,500 votes in the Anambra gubernatorial elections and none of the PDP governors, house of reps, senators etc even went there to support the campaign. This tells you about the 2027 prospects for the party. Let us see how well Atiku can maintain structure of his new party after all, Wike is terrible and working for APC as Ige did and Yar Adua ran a GNU so maybe he was also an APC member before it's formation. If you think Lawal is working against Tinubu and looking forward to answer questions regarding the Diezani loot, you joke.
The people who have been chronically constipated about elections and results since 2015 have not asked themselves why no one has gone to join their LP and why the man who purchased it last minute who also watched a great-grandfather clubber up a party only to go there and present CC for 4 year term amongst those he calls corrupt and
PDP may not have a single governor in 2027 because Turaki's signature is only useful for identifying those the course will throw out. They may not even lead the opposition in parliament because members will exit for mushroom parties.
Many defecting who can't go to APC due to overcrowding will enrich minor parties for a time till the lp, ZLP, AA, NNPP, ADC bug bites them and they'll earn their entry. Governors will not want to join ADC and risk being fenced at the villa.
Let Bode George, Tom Ikimi, Mama Anenih and others bring out just 100,000 votes for PDP's legally unrecognized candidates in the coming election let's see.
Atiku is not known to have a penchant for party maintenance. After he chops his last L, it's best of luck to everyone else. Na then you will appreciate these folks that are on vacation.
