Agreed he is not an English man, that is why he should speak in his native language. If you are going to speak English speak it properly, otherwise don't speak it at all. English is a universal language so you will never find an English woman shaming an English man for not speaking or writing any Nigerian language correctly. We speak English their language so they don't need to speak ours.

The Chinese invent and create phones/devices and sell them with less than correct English language manuals. A Nigerian buys it and starts ITK correction of other peoples written English by simply pressing keyboards or pads on phones he/she knows half the working of. Go create an App that translate and typewrite wrongly written English language to correct English Language. Then people will stand up for your corrections.
You understood all he said. He communicated to you by his so-called bad written English. That is the purpose of his post.
