Totally wrong. It's not the child's responsibility to pay so why punish or beat the child for this?
ReplyDeleteI don't even think it's right for a child to beaten for coming late to school talk more of school fees.Ofcourse the rod/Cain should be used sparingly for disciplines.And if you as a headteacher can't take the delay any longer, you send the child home,it's that simple.

Sending the child home is also risky. What if the child is sent home and the parents claim the child didn’t get home. The best is to ask the parents to keep them at home till the school fees is paid. The child did not ask to come to this world so they shouldn’t be punished for their parents irresponsible behavior.
