Have Nigerians always been this obsessed with rice? We need to inform ourselves on the drawback of grains especially now that men are walking about with full bossoms and belly fat is so challenging to shed.
I love the ofada stew but I'll prefer it with something like yam or sweet potatoes.

I used to select the cuisine of different regions to cook every 6 months and videos on YouTube that expanded my expertise. Today, I am an expert in most common Indian, Italian, French, Ghanaian and Nigerian recipes even though I still use the videos to tweak my results. For a picky eater, this has been so helpful.
