I will be making unripe plantain pottage later in the evening with veggies, smoked fish, dry fish, shredded beef
My friend advised that I start eating unripe plantain for iron or so. I was very happy say the last bunch I bought didn't ripen fast but when I cooked that thing and ate, my who body rejected it. I was not myself for days. Just as if a whole human was kept in my stomach. I no go try am again. Make unripe plantain dey him own.
DeleteFR Abionah! I was considering trying Unripe plantain especially since I have been trying to convince my daughter to eat boiled sweet potatoes so that we can banish fried ones, she said once I start eating boiled Unripe plantains as well as plantain porridge then she will eat sweets. Lol
DeleteI have had Tumeric +ginger+lemon tea with black pepper even though I made okpa.
Okpa will be for another day as I intend to eat swallow later today.
