Reality TV Star Uti Nwachukwu is of the opinion that the number one problem affecting Nigeria as a country today is h@te.
In a post shared on his handle, Uti wrote;
‘’If you guys understand energy and/or the spiritual, you’d realise that the No1 problem of Nigeria is HATE!
Hate in all forms - intolerance,Tribalism,Envy,Jealousy, Derision, Apathy, Depravity and Bigotry of all sorts.
The average Nigerian is an ENABLER of all the aforementioned. The collective energy will definitely birth potent systems that reflect the hearts of the majority.
In as much as we want to point fingers to certain individuals and systems, let us not forget to look inward and check today, the state of our hearts and what we have projected and enabled today
Your answer is right there.
A collection of kind loving, Empathetic welcoming, tolerant and progressive Individuals CAN NEVER BIRTH WHAT WE ARE ALL GOING THRU AS A NATION AT THE MOMENT.
I Cannot and will not stop overemphasising the importance of COLLECTIVE CONSCIOUSNESS and/or COMMUNAL ETHOS if we are ever going to progress as a country.
It is pure delusion to embark on and practice the same patterns whilst expecting different results - ESPECIALLY ENERGYWISE/ SPIRITUALLY.
This post is not for everyone, but it could be if you’ve decided to wake up''

ReplyDeleteAbeg, this isn't a problem in Nigeria.

ReplyDeleteTrue word. Collectivism instead of individualism. This can only exist from a place of love.
ReplyDeleteVery true. Hate on people they know and those they know nothing about their lives. Some want to direct how celebrities and others live because they have data.
ReplyDeleteYou’re saying something but I don’t if it’s hate why Nigeria is dead last on the global life expectancy table. I don’t know if it’s hate why infant mortality is so high. I don’t know if it’s hate why there are so many ramshackle roads and public institutions and I don’t know if it’s hate why insecurity is so alarmingly high. Anyhow, keep writing.
