Edo businessman Justice Abu Oshioke, CEO of Principle Takeout Eatery and Restaurant, was shot dead by gunmen in Ekpoma on Saturday night, just hours before his child’s dedication.
The 30‑year‑old was attacked at Idumebo while returning home after picking up an order for his wife.
Eye Witnesses say the assailants tried to drag him into the bush, but he resisted and was shot. He was rushed to a nearby hospital and confirmed dead. Edo Police spokesperson DSP Eno Ikoedem says preliminary findings indicate a failed abduction attempt.

ReplyDeleteMy heart goes out to his family, friends, and loves one. I hate societies where there are many predators strolling around stalking, watching and waiting. No wonder some very wealthy ppl become recluses and stick to themselves in isolation or live in a place where access is strict.
ReplyDeleteThis man with a newborn and at the prime of his life is gone for what. Because someone else is hungry and angry and cannot navigate life well enough to even go do a little farming or fishing to make their life better. They stalked this young ambitious man who is providing for his family and building his life. There are so any opportunities available to do something and make a good living yet these wastrels can only see other ppl to stalk and bring violence to. If it's not kidnapping it's drugs, like there is nothing else to do.
Jesus π
