What it takes to put food on the table, pay house rent and school fees, and still hear what did you do that other men has not done?
ReplyDeleteHusbands don't get the same love, care, attention, empathy they are expected to give to their wives and children. Nobody care to know what the man is going through and through it all he is expected to come through for every member of the family and at times the extended family.
ReplyDeleteEveryday I wish I was never married. My only joy and consolation are my beautiful teenage daughters.
ReplyDeleteThey are so caring, constantly looking out for their father. As for madam, the internet, social media and gossip blogs are her spouses. Yet, every Sunday, she goes to church to appear pious. And her loud, noisy prayers give the impression that she is religious.
I'm ever frustrated. I just pray to last for my three girls. I live for them.
She would soon start to be jealous of them because you sound as if you really care about them. Then she would try to put the wedge between you and them by making you appear not as good as they see you. It is to protect her old age. Nearly all your type of wife believe that the children should care for them first in old age, and through them care for their fathers if they are alive. Watch out and be prepared. To be forewarned is to be forearmed.
