I support Stella's red pen. That is a journalist talking. As an aside, i told my daughter long ago when she was a minor that should any man ever try to do funny things with her ( even if its her father or her siblings) she should tell me immediately. I even cautioned her as she grew up about her dressing in the house. Nudity or semi nudity is not allowed in my house. I told her that no one can threaten her and she should not allow herself to be silenced. It may have seemed harsh but with what we are seeing happening in households.... only God will help us.

If in Lagos, go to the Domestic Violence and X Offenders Agency for multi-disciplinary counseling and the full 12 yards on how to handle this matter before he returns and even now. Kudos to Lagos State on matters like this. They know what to do. If you are not in Lagos State, find and call them for advice.
