    3. Your hormones are misbehaving.
I also experienced it. I'm in my early 40s. I took all sorts of stuff like water melon, okro water, gorontula, etc. they didn't work. Then my fibroids started making me bleed and I went to the hospital. The doctor asked me if I experience dryness and low libido among other things. I said yes.
After running some tests, he now prescribed some medicines for me.
The medicines are hormones corrector, fertility boosters and also to shrink the fibroids, stop the bleeding, etc.
I have taken them for two weeks now and I have seen a great difference.
I am now wet down there.
Bleeding stopped after a day of taking them. I feel normal again.
Expecting normal menstrual period now and to also concieve cos I'm TTC.
Go to a doctor and complain, there are medicines to correct such.

    7. I forgot to add that you should go to a teaching hospital or any government/general hospital. They have specialist gynaecologist there and their fees are not much. I didn't spend up to 100k for both tests and medicines. Remember that mine was combined with fertility treatment. Yours is just dryness which is caused by hormonal imbalance so it will be way cheaper.
It was there I learned that not all fibroids require surgery.

    2. You misunderstood her anon 15:11.
She said people should not go under every prayer to say "Amen" or go under every greeting to respond. It makes the comment section boring. You should just type 'Amen to all prayers" or "good morning everyone " instead of greeting people under their comments.

    1. Before you consider doing a transplant, save up money to see a Trichologist to figure out why your hair isn’t growing.
It might just be that your follicles are blocked, no amount of products you use would be effective. It is like watering an infertile ground.
But when you discover the underlying cause, treatment would be effective.
