A joyful football celebration turned tragic after 26‑year‑old Ghanaian lawyer, Sara Araba Tettey, reportedly suffered a fatal cardiac arrest while celebrating Ghana’s victory over Panama at the World cup 2026.
According to local reports, Sara collapsed during the excitement of the match and was rushed to the hospital, where doctors confirmed she had gone into cardiac arrest. Efforts to revive her were unsuccessful.
Friends and colleagues describe her as brilliant, vibrant, and deeply passionate about football. Her sudden passing has left many in shock, with tributes pouring in across social media.
