Veteran drug lord Ismael “El Mayo” Zambada, longtime leader of Mexico’s Sinaloa Cartel, has been sentenced to life imprisonment in the United States.
El Mayo, who evaded capture for decades, was convicted on charges of drug trafficking, money laundering, and organized crime after his extradition to the U.S.
American authorities described the sentence as a “historic victory” in the fight against transnational narcotics operations.

Everyday for the Thief but one day for the owner of the house.
