In the memorandum dated July 17, 2026, Adekoya’s lawyer, Festus Ogun of FOLEGAL, accused Sandra of libel, impersonation and breach of privacy. The claim states that Sandra allegedly impersonated Frank on WhatsApp, lured Adekoya to the Edoho residence with a N10m offer, locked her inside a room and later posted her photos, chats and a video online during a marital crisis in May 2026.
The posts allegedly portrayed Adekoya as a prostitute and went viral, leading to cyberbullying and reputational damage. She seeks a retraction, an apology, an injunction, N100m in damages and legal costs.
An out of court settlement proposes deletion of the posts, a public apology and N20m compensation. Sandra has seven days to respond.
The Sandra really saw shege in that marriage. Instead of leaving, she decided to cheat back? Big mistake.

A lot of people in this country lack logical thinking. Even though I’ve condemned Sandra’s infidelity with Chike against Frank, I have questions about this other case too.
ReplyDeleteThe lady suing should also explain: if nothing was going on between her and Frank, why did she fall for the impersonation? The fact that she even went to his wife with the offer suggests something was happening between them.
While I completely condemn Sandra’s action of locking her up and posting videos online, I still feel Adekoya played a part in getting herself into this mess.
