NYPD Removes Nigerian Tenant After He Damaged Apartment Beyond Belief

NYPD has finally removed a tenant accused of destroying a newly built East Harlem apartment, nearly two years after the landlord first filed for eviction.


Landlord Amy Simek says Falade Aderidigbe moved in on March 1, 2024, paying $2,350 monthly with an HRA voucher and then allegedly caused about $30,000 in damage by breaking walls, ripping out sheetrock, and wrecking the bathroom.
The Landlord and her son say they spent around $40,000 in legal fees just to get him out.
The removal finally happened this week, ending a long and costly battle.

    Its mental illness. I had a neighbor like that always fighting demons and he was alone in the flat. He destroyed that flat. In one of the rare moments when he was on his medication and seem normal. He got a girlfriend. Omo, he beat her like an animal. I called police to save her life. That is when i concluded people who DV are severely mentally ill and probably schizophrenic like my former neighbor. Yet, family will be advising women to stay with such men. Omo, they are wild like demon possession when they are off their medication and strong like an elephant. It takes many police officers to restrain them.
