ReplyDeleteSo the stationary truck was not on the soft shoulder, and no flashing lights? No pylons put down to indicate it is not moving?
ReplyDeleteThis is Nigeria for us. I lost my only brother 12 years ago for the same reason. No hazard light to indicate parked trailer on a motorway. Our lives, especially my mum's never remained the same again. Institutional decay is a threat to any nation.
