It's long overdue. I saw it coming after refusing to carry the punishment items from the arena. Nomy is something else very stubborn. Why come to the house when you're not ready to obey the owner of the house rules? Giving BBL as an excuse.

Just when I was beginning to like her.
She used her bad character to ruin it all. Hope the opportunity finds her again. Even if she felt that she was too big for the prize or to be controlled in the house, at least she should have played along. Just maintain the relationship you never can tell who is watching.
