Reality TV Star Kim Kardashian Awarded £1 In Damages By Paris Court Over 2016 Robbery
Kim Kardashian has been awarded a symbolic one pound in damages by a Paris court over the 2016 armed robbery in which she was held at gunpoint and lost millions of dollars worth of jewellery.
The court issued the symbolic award on Tuesday after Kardashian requested only one euro, saying she wanted closure rather than compensation.
In 2025, the court found the main robber, Aomar Ait Khedache, and seven others guilty. French media referred to them as “the grandpa robbers” because many of them were in their sixties and seventies. She thanked the French justice system and said she hoped the ruling would help her continue healing from the traumatic experience.
Some people have a very good heart and Kim seems like one forget about all the glam. Good of her. I'm sure the trauma is something she does not want in her life anymore
